When you create a KillCoachAI account we store your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and profile photo. When you coach, we store athlete roster details, session plans, notes, drills, progress reports, and related coaching information you add.

When an athlete's KillCountAI account is connected, KillCoachAI can use the scoring and performance information that athlete has made available to you. If you submit your email through a form on this website, we store that email address and which page it came from.

We use this information to run your coaching workspace: organising athletes and squads, preparing sessions, reviewing scoring patterns, tracking drills, creating progress reports, and sharing updates with athletes or parents where you choose to do so.

We use website form submissions to respond to early-access requests and send occasional product updates. You can opt out of updates at any time.

Athlete information is visible to the coaches, clubs, and organisations connected to that athlete according to their permissions. Reports and progress information are shared only when the relevant coach or organisation chooses to share them. We do not sell your personal information.

You can update your profile details in the app. To request a copy of your data, or to ask us to correct or delete your account and associated coaching data, contact us at hardus@killcoach.ai.

You can delete your account yourself in the app: Account → Security & data → Danger zone → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.

If you cannot sign in, you can start deletion from our Delete your account page. That page explains exactly what is deleted, what is kept, and how long it takes.
