Delete your account

1. Sign in to KillCountAI.
2. Open Account → Security & data.
3. Scroll to Danger zone → Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and press Delete permanently.

Your account is deleted straight away. There is no waiting period.

Sign in and go to Security & data

If you can't sign in, enter the email address on your account below. We'll send you a link to confirm the request — nothing is deleted until you confirm. The link can be used once and expires after 24 hours.

We confirm emailed requests within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We'll email you when it's done.

• Your sign-in and profile: name, email address, photo and account settings.
• Your rounds, practice sessions, stats, goals, streaks, badges and XP.
• Your notes, journal entries, diagnoses and saved preferences.
• Your shooting-buddy links, squad links and coach links.
• Any sign-ups you made with that address on our websites.

This cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.

Scores you shot in a club competition or a shared squad round stay on that event's results. They belong to the club's official record and to the other shooters who were on that squad, so we can't remove them. Your name is taken off them.

If you created a club or organisation on ProShot, the club and its records stay in place for its members. Tell us who should take over ownership and we'll complete your deletion once that's done.

We keep basic records we're legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records, for as long as the law requires.

If you pay for Pro by card, we cancel the subscription as part of the deletion. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings — only the store can cancel a store subscription.

Deleted data is removed from our live systems immediately and clears from encrypted backups within 30 days.
